Moments before this man passed out on the floor, 2 things happened... a security guard asked me if I was over 21, and also OK... as I was sitting on the floor against the wall in the casino. Then this man approached a few different carpet squares, pressed on different places on the circle, and then passed out... twice. Security was no where to be found.
